Concrete lover is a reflective work created during a 4 month residency on the island Hvar in Croatia, hosted by LAB852. The work shows a love for concrete that came to bloom after being baptized by an environment full of concrete. The work questions the qualities of this seemingly beautiful material by a metaphorical text. The video created with the work shows an island slowly hardening in this most beloved material.
