This work addresses the ecological consequences of eucalyptus monoculture in Portugal. Using photogrammetry and motion capture, a digital forest was created defined by repetition and visual monotony. Within this environment, two figures move endlessly through the same terrain, emphasizing the predictable and controlled structure of monoculture plantations. The work is presented as a video loop, reinforcing the sense of ecological and social stagnation. During the exhibition, the installation was activated through a performance in which participants collectively transformed into a forest and recited a manifesto addressing the environmental impact of eucalyptus plantations. The work reflects on ecological uniformity and the tensions between natural ecosystems and industrial landscapes.
